Unless you are processing an exchange, $9 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping, processing, and restocking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. “Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, replacement, or refund. Final Sale items are available “as is”. If a Final Sale item is returned, it will not be processed for refund or store credit. 

Orders or items that arrive damaged must be reported to sales@bangbangstore.com within 48hrs from the arrival date. Reported damaged items must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Worn/washed/altered items are NOT eligible for refund or store credit; if the item/s is returned, your return will not be processed.

For damage confirmation, a photo of the item/s, a photo of the damaged area/s, and a photo of the inner care label are required. Items confirmed damaged by the Bang Bang production team MUST be returned with the return reason “Damaged” along with a brief description.

Please note, damaged items returned without prior Bang Bang team confirmation, without being marked “Damaged”, and without a brief description of the damage, will not be processed as normal. Your return is subject to a 20% cleaning and donation fee if not properly reported and damage confirmed by the Bang Bang production team.

Any items returned NOT in new resellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged) are not eligible for a full refund. A 20% cleaning and donation fee will be deducted from each item/s refund that is deemed unsellable by our warehouse team. 

Unsellable items (items ineligible for return/exchange/ refund/ store credit) include but are not limited to stains, smells, snags, loose threads, unraveling seams, hole/s, rips, pet hair, debris, removed hanger strings, and/or missing tags.

Customers who return 2 or more unsellable items will be blocked from returning/exchanging Bang Bang orders in the future. All future orders will be Final Sale.

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
